Lifestyle One Pass may use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, publish, and display this content across all media formats, whether now known or hereafter developed, for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or editorial purpose, without limitation and without further notice or consent. No royalties, residuals, licensing fees, or additional compensation of any kind will be provided for the capture or use of this content beyond any fees agreed upon in a separate written contract for services rendered. By submitting this application, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any entity, company, or organization you represent. You waive any and all moral rights, rights of approval, or claims related to the use of your likeness or content captured at Lifestyle One Pass events. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
